Discontinue retinol products 4 days before your treatment.	Discontinue retinol and exfoliant products for 2 weeks after treatment.
No sunburns OR sunless tanner 2 weeks before treatment.	No showering, washing, touching, or any products 24 hours after treatment.
Discontinue fish oil supplements 2 weeks before treatment.	Only use the gentle products provided to you for 2-3 days after treatment of the face.
No alcohol the night before or the day of your appointment.	Keep the treatment area as hydrated as possible throughout the healing process.
Arnica tablets can be taken to help with bruising.	No exercise or sweating for 24 hours after your treatment.
