2. Seattle Beauty LLC shall oversee and ensure that all medical estheticians and nurses performing medi spa services at Penelope and The Beauty Bar are properly trained, licensed, and compliant with all necessary regulations and standards.
3. Client agrees that any medical procedures or treatments performed at shall be conducted by Seattle Beauty LLC and its authorized personnel.
4. Desiree Wood, DNP, ARNP, AGNP-BC and Seattle Beauty LLC shall be responsible for the quality, safety, and effectiveness of all medical services.
5. Client acknowledges that Seattle Beauty LLC and Desiree Wood, DNP, ARNP, AGNP-BC reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service that is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.
