Discover New York's Tiny Hidden Gem: Daphne Studio

Discover New York's Tiny Hidden Gem: Daphne Studio

If you’re looking for visible results without the hustle and bustle of a big box spa, look no further than NoLIta’s small but mighty Daphne Studio. The charming space is petite, pristine and filled to the brim with magic, in my humble opinion.

Upon first stepping into the quaint “jewel box” of a boutique spa, I was immediately greeted and whisked away to the back area where I relaxed with a cup of hot tea to ease my worries away and get into the zone for a unique face and body treatment. Ever the multi-tasker, I indulged in their signature “Glow” treatment, which packs a powerful punch combining two of their most popular treatments into one effective session. In just 60 blissful minutes, I enjoyed a French contouring + detoxifying wrap as well as a non-surgical “facelift” facial, which might have been the most perfect combination I could have ever asked for.

My body was massaged with circulating creams and then heated with an exclusive, infrared-heated blanket to flush out toxins, while my face was treated to micro-current technology for a more youthful and lifted appearance. I was relaxed, yet beautified (and dare I say, “deflated”) just in time for the holidays. This treatment should become a regular habit for any gal on the go, and would make for a marvelous gift for your mother, sister or best friend.

The staff was impeccably warm and professional and the quality of service was bar none. Beyond the five-star treatment and the sweet service, I most appreciated the personable experience where I felt valued as a client, and not just a number, sitting among many. (Because really, how relaxing is that?)

Daphne, you’re a dream. I’ll be back soon.
